DC Boats Shows are excited to welcome back boating enthusiasts to the 2nd Annual DC Boat Show at National Harbor, May 3-5th 2024. Join us for a weekend getaway on the Potomac River and kick off the boating season! There will be a wide variety of vessels from Sail to Power, and New to Quality Pre-Owned for immediate sale and to order. Tour the boats, grab food and drinks, listen to live music throughout the show, peruse the vendor tents for the latest in boating gear, meet the experts, and commune with boaters from local and far away harbors! National Harbor is one of many destinations on the Potomac River, stay for the weekend and take the water taxi to Old Town Alexandria, The Wharf, or Georgetown! Please read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing a ticket for the DC Boat Shows at National Harbor, May 3-5th 2024. By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Ticket Purchase

1.1 Tickets are sold subject to availability and to these terms and conditions.

1.2 Tickets are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to cancellation of the Event due to inclement weather, acts of nature, governmental restrictions, or any other circumstances beyond our control.

2. Rain or Shine Event

2.1 The Event will take place rain or shine. No refunds will be issued due to inclement weather.

2.2 The organizers reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or relocate the Event in their sole discretion. In the event of cancellation, postponement, or relocation, tickets will not be refunded.

3. Ticket Use

3.1 Each ticket is valid for one person only.

3.2 Tickets must be retained at all times and submitted for inspection if required by the organizers.

3.3 Unauthorized duplication or sale of this ticket may prevent your admittance to the Event.

4. Event Program

4.1 The organizers reserve the right to change the Event program, including artists, performers, and activities, without prior notice.

4.2 The Event may be recorded or filmed. By attending the Event, you consent to being filmed or recorded as a member of the audience.

5. Code of Conduct

5.1 All attendees must behave responsibly and respectfully at the Event.

5.2 The organizers reserve the right to remove any attendee from the Event for inappropriate behavior without refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

6.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, the organizers shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or any incidental, indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use or inability to use the Event ticket, (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein, (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Event, (d) any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or the like, which may be transmitted to or through the Event by any third party, or (e) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the Event, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not the organizers are advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Governing Law

7.1 These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Prince George's County Maryland, and you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Prince George's County MD for any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions.

By purchasing a ticket for the Event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
